By submitting an application form you are agreeing to adhere to our Admissions Policy, Code of Discipline and Behaviour Policy, Anti-Bullying Policy and all other relevant school policies published on the school website.
Before submitting the completed form, please ensure all the details are correct. After you have submitted your child’s details on the form above, you will receive a confirmation email with an application ID (ie. a reference number). Please keep note of this reference number for further correspondence. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please resubmit the form.
